- Most products on Held by Agape have free shipping and I usually ship them out within a week. Made-to-order and custom products vary in shipping time, please reach out to me for more information.

- My shipping carrier is the USPS and you will be sent an email when your product has been shipped with the tracking number.

- I use Wix services for payment processing and Square services for custom orders. Most major credit and debit cards are compatible.

- Taxes should be calculated at your cart. Please let me know if there is an issue.

- If there is a problem with your order or if it is damaged, please let me know so I can attempt to fix the problem.
